You probably need a port injector.

So, what's the port injector?

Issue with sleep, I assume. Make sure you have correct ACPI patches.

Test sleep with Apple->Sleep.

Same problem.

Note also updated guide from the-darkvoid. Perhaps you missed it.

I don't miss the update and the auto-detection of key tables in his new update orignated from my script.

Likely ACPI/power management issue.
How's that problem ? Here's my information following by your guide:
RehabManView attachment RehabMan.zip
CloverView attachment clover.zip
kextstatView attachment kextstat.zip

Follow the guide exactly.
Actually, I've followed his guide EXACTLY, but M3800 indeed has something different. The obvious one is the ig-platform-id (3800 has to set 0a2e0008 at first). But I think the power management issue may not be different. Hope a further feedback.

I don't see any futzing with FakeSMC in the-darkvoid's guide.

But, with his guide I can't drive the USB3.

Like I said, you probably need a port injector. Or you did something else wrong...

You should read the guide I linked so you understand the issues.

FakeSMC is a very POWERFUL tool to patch info.plist without touch /S/L/E, see FakeSMC in my Clover.

Silliness. Just create a separate injector if that's what you want.

OK, I will read that post. But USB3 is not annoying my anymore.

darkvoid build one but that takes no effect.

OK.

No idea what you're saying.

Forgive my broken english.

Thanks for the new post [Guide] 10.11+ USB changes and solutions, after changing "BIOS/Chipset/PCH-IO Configuration/USB Configuration/XHCI Mode" from "Enable" to "Smart Auto" and with FakePCIID_XHCIMux.kext, all USB ports works OOB. Great post!

Does my setting still have some problem that all USB ports are now set to USB 2.0 ?
