Ati Mobility Radeon 5650 doesn't work

So I installed mavericks on my Acer Aspire 5552G and I am trying to fix graphics for 3 days. I just have no Idea what to do anymore . I am using Chameleon Bootloader, I went to windows 8 got my display edid raw data and converted it to Base64. Then I went to mavericks and injected EDID in S/L/D/DisplayID - DisplayProductID-717
It looks like this :

After that I went to Chameleon Wizard enabled VBIOS ,set GraphicsEnabler=Yes and AtiConfig=Orangutan, I also set my SMBIOS to MacBook Pro 6,1. According to tutorials that should be it but my graphics still doesn't work ( It says 3MB display card or something like that). My graphic card is supported in kext files, DevId is 0x68C1. System: manufacturer/model
CPU: detailed CPU model + motherboard chipset
Graphics: all graphics devices + laptop internal screen resolution

For example, typical Ivy laptop:
System: HP ProBook 4540s
CPU: i5-3320m/HM76
Graphics: HD4000, 1366x768

Use CPU-Z on Windows to find CPU (Core iX-xxx) and motherboard chipset (HMxx). For a laptop, these details are important and affect critical installation procedures.

Are you sure you have the ATI kexts installed properly? Sounds to me like they're not loading.
