ALC 1150 Mavericks Audio Not Working

Everything is working just fine so far on Mavericks except for the audio. I boot up from the hdd with no trouble and I can dual boot into Windows 7 as well.

Here's my problem:

I ran MultiBeast and installed the kext that is for ALC1150, but it made my system have kernel panic errors when I tried to boot it up. I then booted it up into safe mode, removed the kext files, and now it boots up just fine but no audio. Is there something that I'm missing? My motherboard is ASRock Z87 extreme4. The audio codec according to ASRock is ALC1150.

Which versions of OSX and Multibeast did you use ?

Did you pick the 'With DSDT' option in Multibeast or the 'Without DSDT' option ?
