you should follow the guide as written:

remove the files that are not needed from drivers64UEFI and kexts/other

you have an old version of VoodooPS2Controller.kext, remove and use latest one

yes i updated it and the same kernel panic shows up

have noticed you are not using the correct config.plist, you should be using
config_HD4600_4400_4200.plist

no i used it but i did some changes on it, however i downloaded it again and paste it. but again the same kernel panic shows up.
ithink it's something to do with dsdt and ssdt

you may need to upload your efi to make sure you haven't messed up the config.plist

also you don't have any dsdt or ssdt in your efi, also you don't need them to get to the installer
