Where's a good place to post? Problems ought be relevant to a this thread since it points out that some people are indeed having problems. Perhaps, pointing out a "proper" place would be more helpful.

It goes through the install as usual. When I boot from the USB and point to the newly installed High Sierra HD it ends up getting the IOConsoleUser error when it starts the GUI. I get a mouse cursor briefly.

Excellent advice. Given Apple's recent history, I'm in no race to see what 10.13 breaks. I'll sit back and let others find the problems and solutions. Good luck to all.

Update direct from App Store went smoothly on both Hackintoshs and MacPro.

Update went fine on two machines. It seems that the 10.12.3 update has improved the user interface response a bit. 10.12.2 always seemed slow with an excess of spinning beachballs.

Install went smoothly via the AppStore. No problems. Now for some more testing.

What glitches are you having? I was having very subtle video glitches, but 10.12.1 seems to have fixed it. Also, I was having an icloud connection loop on one of my machines that, for now, is resolved.

10.12.1 installed fine here via the App Store on both my machines.

The upgrade direct from AS went well. I'm hoping that some subtle problems are fixed with the update.

macOS 10.12.1 is now available at AS. We'll see how the update goes.

A lot of us have multiple systems. I, for instance, have both a real Mac and a Hackintosh just for experiments and betas. If pressed, I could have Nextstep up and running in a few days. I have different systems for production that are stable.
