I would also advise you to maybe look into a bigger AiO with a 240/280 Radiator (like the H110i or H115i Pro). the H60 might be a little bit underpowered for the power hungry 9900K.

there is no "out of the box" support for Thunderbolt. You will always have to tinker a bit with things and use a custom SSDT. The Guide I linked, describes very detailed how to get everything up and running. So if you follow the guide ( he uses the some MOBO) you should get everything running.
