I manage 25 seconds at the Bruce X Test (ProRes 422)

So for a H.264: I get around 28secs

I tried H.265 HVEC 10bit and I need about 1min 15secs for that.

I have a 1080 ti sat in a box and i need to know if i should send it back and get a vega 64 for editing in FCPX and also photoshop stuff etc? Any help hugely appreciated!!!

Definitely, Recommend Vega64. Nvidia does not make web driver anymore. Vega64 is working well with Photoshop in my RIG. I am not much using Photoshop than FCPX but it is working well.
