Are you sure you absolutely need Boot Support Enabled? Are you using THB-C cable?
I think i’ve tried all possible options and can get the dock to connect with that option off but not with my motu interfaces. The only way I can do it with that option OFF is by booting into Windows and do a reboot. I don’t know how that works but I guess there is some information left in ram after reeboot. In that case it would be great if one could extract that info and peramanently store it to the nvram of clover.

I would like to help you more but at the moment I don't have any similar device to test. I am quite satisfied with the procedure I have found for my rig and my needs but Motu is much more engaging as a goal...

Hey smart people... I need some help....
I have a ASRcok Z370 Fatality Professional Gaming i7 and a ASRock Thunderbolt 3 AIC pie card. And try to get my Antelope Orion Studio to work. I have edited the SSDT TB3.aml file with my IOReg result (PEG2)...
When booting (-v) it sees the Orion studio but can not get device info.
Other devices are also not found, in Windows 10 the unit and the card are working fine. Also in my System Report it says there:
Thunderbolt: No drivers are loaded.

Any suggestions for me?
I am using Apple USB-C -> Thunderbolt 2 and device was on before starting my computer.

EDIT: deleted

EDIT: Tried this hub https://www.dodocool.com/p-dc50gy.html and this world so probably a Antelope issue?

Looks like that hub is usb so an entirely different protocol to TB3...

Can someone explain what happens between "Clover Boot screen" and verbose information that is supposed to start immediately after that?

My only option is to have "Thunderbolt Boot Support : Enabled" Otherwise my sound interface is not recognized. The problem is that it takes exact 50 seconds every time after the clover screen until I see any -v info at all. Just black screen!? After that I get a 70-30 chance of : Boot/Couldn't allocate runtime. (Prohibited sign i believe if not in -v)

I know It has something to do with the sound interface (motu 828es and 16a) because booting with just other thunderbolt peripherals such as my TB3-dock powered on I do not get this delay.

It doesn't matter if I use an SSDT or not either.

Any thoughts?
Thanks.

What aptio driver are you using?
OsxAptioFix2.efi, AptioMemoryFix.efi, etc...

And how much memory is allocated to igpu, Thunderbolt, and is Above 4G enables or disabled?

OsxAptioFix2. The memory allocation option is no longer present in latest bios. but IGPU is set to "Auto". Thunderbolt memory is set to default. (reserved Mem: 737 reserved PMem: 1184)
Above 4G... I've tried with both on and off. Doesn't change anything.
Thanks

maybe try replacing OsxAptioFix2 with AptioMemoryFix (and if you have EmuVariableUefi-64 and RC scripts installed for Nvram support, get rid of those too (AptioMemoryfix has native nvram support))

Bios setup instructions here:
https://github.com/vit9696/AptioFixPkg

I'll attach the current prebuilt binary to this message

I switched drivers in clover configurator and checked bios. No change though as you can see line starting with 20 and the next with 80... other than that I lost onboard audio.
