HP ProBook Installer 6.1 (beta): Ivy bridge support
This was my first install so I may be misunderstanding something basic. I know that I am mixing new installers and an old OS. I now have a working installation of Snow Leopard on an HP ProBook 4530s Sandy Bridge
I installed using ProBookInstaller61b15.pkg but it failed until I unchecked SSDT. I unchecked SSDT because the install.log showed "board-id" trouble in the postinstall:
I pulled a DSDT using Sysrecuecd and I have patched and installed a dsdt.aml using maciASL. I have a lackluster geekbench of 1720. So what is the best tool to straighten out the SSDT? Thanks!
