[SUCCESS] Gigabyte Designare Z390 (Thunderbolt 3) + i7-9700K + AMD RX 580

Show me your USBPorts.kext or USBMap.kext or whatever, and I'll check it for you.

Also take a screengrab of the Hackintool / USB page and attach that too.

:)
Thank you, attached flies, something wrong I'm doing :)

This is all the same stuff that I went through (but never resolved) when I was trying to update my (Gigabyte Z370 AOG7) other system that's stuck on OC060 and Mojave.
Question for @clichequiche: Is there any possibility that you have leftover Clover junk on your system drive? And you definitely have only one EFI that your startup system is reading?
I don't believe so, I put together the build based on this thread and OC 0.6.0 was the first thing I ever booted up with. But thanks for trying, sucks that you never got yours working either.

Currently on Catalina 10.15.7, I used Munki's InstallInstallMacOS utility from the OC guide to download Big Sur, and the createinstallmedia command to create the USB install disk, then used MountEFI to create the EFI partition and copy the EFI folder over to it. I've tried running the Big Sur installer and that part seemingly boots up Recovery mode fine, I'm just hesitant to go through with the install since it requires OC 0.6.3+ and I'm on 0.6.0. Hence trying to update OC first. I appreciate your time.
In UEFI -> APFS, are both MinDate and MinVersion set to -1? If not, please set both to -1 (ANY) and try again.

Okay, thank you.

Right then, the problem ...

You have two configurations in the same kext -

USB.jpg

The first half of of the USBPorts.kext is for system-definition MacPro7,1 and the second half is for iMac19,1.

Which system definition are you using in your config.plist ?

I don't understand how it was possible to put both in one Kext unless someone else had edited it manually?

At least you have HS11 configured correctly. :)

Solution:

Re-generate the USBPorts.kext using Hackintool and you should be okay, BUT we need to confirm the new one does NOT have two definitions in it.

Test and see if things improve.

Okay. The USBPorts.kext looks good now.

As the same problem happens with Windows then that can usually be one of two problems:

1) A BIOS setting for Wake on LAN, or a non-default power setting.

2) Another USB device that is always attached. For example UAD audio or Time Machine storage.

:)

Disconected everything, checked BIOS. Still same. Only if I remove Fenvi card, everything work. Tried moving her to another slot, no change.

Here's a suggestion:
  1. If you have at least 25GB free space on the internal NVMe SSD, try creating a new APFS Volume using Disk Utility
  2. Use GibMacOS to download the full macOS installer for any preferred version of macOS
    1. When download is done, double-click InstallAssistant.pkg
    2. This will create a file called Install macOS .... in the Applications folder
  3. Download the OpenCore 0.9.2 EFI folder for this build and copy serial numbers into PlatformInfo -> DataHub
  4. Copy this EFI folder to EFI partition of a USB flash disk
  5. Run the Install macOS ... app from Applications folder
  6. WARNING: Point the macOS installer to the new APFS Volume from Step 1 so it installs a fresh copy there
  7. WARNING: Each time the system restarts during install process, press F12 at Gigabyte splash screen several times to open the BIOS boot menu (not OpenCore boot menu)
    1. Then select the USB flash disk because it contains the latest OpenCore EFI
When installation is finished, boot the new fresh copy and see if it sleeps and wakes properly. Disable Wake for network access in System Preferences -> Energy Saver or Settings -> Energy Saver (Ventura).

Yup both are set to -1

Even stranger, I'm trying much older OC releases from this thread like 0.6.3 and 0.6.8, but when I boot up the USB EFI doesn't show up at the picker. I've tried 0.7.3 and 0.8.3 as well, they at least show up but just lead to a blank screen.
