[GUIDE] OC 10.13.6 Z490 Gigabyte Aorus Xtreme + Core i5 10400 / i9 11900K + Nvidia GTX 1060

sadly, this didn't help
Maybe you need to add extra memory settings like framebuffer-stolenmem, framebuffer-unifiedmem, framebuffer-fbmem. Did you also add the framebuffer-patch-enable? The value you need for that is 01000000.

FYI this is how I've set my settings:

with these framebuffer settings and my ig-platform-id - h264 value, it didn't work

Well you need to do some research.

500-series motherboards and Comet Lake iGPUs do not work together 100%. What is more there was no support for the CPU back with High Sierra.

The fact you have got it working is great, but the headless encoding you want might need Big Sur and a native GPU to work, not a Nvidia.

Happy to be proved wrong but I don't want you to waste your time.

but the HEVC acceleration is working! Why doesn't H264 acceleration start?

Probably because the drivers haven't been installed?
How about this. Since you managed to install High Sierra, try to install the CUDA and Nvidia GTX1050 Ti drivers onto your system. That might help with the H.264.

Okay I've just updated the EFI for the Z490 Aorus Xtreme. The setup should now work for Big Sur 11.4 and onwards.
I have also enabled -lilubetaall -wegbeta -no_compat_check amfi_get_out_of_my_way=1 boot-args and added two new working USBMap and USBMapLegacy kexts based on my setup.

And if you are experiencing issues with the Intel I-225V 2.5GBe LAN in Big Sur 11.4, you'll need to disable the Kernel patch for it and re-enable the FakePCIID and FakePCIID_Intel-I225V kexts for it.

Hey Mate, I managed to get my 11th gen to finally boot with igpu but no acceleration, it shows 7mb and after some changes only managed to get it to 31mb. Can i send the PCIE philst and snapshot from hackintool, looks like with a little bit of work it might get going.
