[Guide] HP Elite 8300 & 6300 Pro (all form factors) using Clover UEFI hotpatch

I'm currently testing DRM on Big Sur, tried what was mentioned a few pages back and same thing, I cannot get video streaming to work properly with a Dedicated GPU, downloaded content work as well as iTunes Extra which I think is some sort of downloaded content with a menu.
@Sniki Have you tested line-in microphone detection in Big Sur? it used to work with Clover in Catalina, now it seems we are unable to make detection happen, system detects static noise from something plugged in but nothing works, neither as mic nor as a line-in. I'm using the config from the repo exactly as it is (I updated the profile with data for an imacpro1,1)
 
Hello, good morning, excuse my English, I'm from Spain.
Currently I am with a hp 8300 ssf, i8 3470 processor and a nvidiaGT 730 (GK208 variant) graphics, Big Sur 11.1 Opencore

I get that everything works quite well except h264 and hevc, nor does drm work and I'm stuck, if you could guide me on how to continue? or if you need to take a look at my config.plist.

Depends on the Wireless and Bluetooth card that you have/use. Which one do you have ? No issues with rebooting, i have this EFI on my 8300 SFF and never had rebooting issues. Weird. Happened to me once only (last year), but never repeated, no clue but since it's so rare, i wouldn't worry much...

this one will do ok if i decide to change it, right? Yes, that is the best value choice. You can also use a an i7-3770S which costs more but is no real benefit if it's going to be a general use hackintosh. The i7-3770S has the hyperthreading feature which 3475S does not.

what you show me is for graphics amd i think i understand and i have an nvidia
 
I'm using Mojave without setting shikivga, but I noticed that FairPlay 2.x / 3.x can be played.
Please refer to this site for the test method.

Merry Christmas to all of you guys.

COVID-19 update: everyone in the family got infected, we didn’t isolate from each other and strange enough, im the only one who didn’t get infected although i stayed with them.
Everyone survived the virus easily and with success and not much trouble.
Busy with end of year work as a banker in general, will come back to resume the work that i left soon.

Not sure if wrote it wrong or understood you wrong but no one died here, no one from family and no one from close relatives.
I know some people died that i knew them, some people had a lot of trouble (need for oxygen, tough time breathing, damaged lunges, etc) and still
Suffering the post covid problems.
Luckily in my family it was easier than a standard flue.
Only symptoms, loss of taste and smell for a week, came back after, some light caughing and sometimes cold and just a little temperature increase. Which didn’t last more than 4-5 days and they felt immediately better after a week.
 
Ye, I live in the UK where everyday there are around 40,000 Cases Everyday and around 4-5 Thousand Deaths. There was a recent ban by the french government (which is where all the trucks queue before entering UK) causing a food shortage. Very weird especially in a developed country
