The kernel panic in the screenshot is just a standard dump of libraries that macOS had in memory at the time the crash occurred. It does not provide any information about the cause. But some hints about the cause may be present a couple of pages above, which can be captured with a video camera (smartphone in video mode). We can scrub the video a frame at a time until we see the last real log messages just prior to the kernel dump log.
If you need to recover from this quickly and you have a bootable backup of 10.14.5, you may want to boot from that and restore your system back to 10.14.5.
