pastrychef's Asus ROG Strix Z370-G Gaming (WI-FI AC) build w/ i9-9900K + AMD 6600 XT

Installing using UHD 630 will probably be easier. Those Nvidia web drivers can be a pain to deal with sometimes.

Yes, you can plug in your GTX 1060 after installing macOS.
I just remade the drive with UniBeast 8.1 and replace the efi folder with your UHD640. I got the exact same result. No difference between the screenshot I posted previously.

So, simple adding of SSDT-usb didn't help...

I've deleted 4 Powermanagement kexts from Library\Preferences and rebooted.
MacOS re-generated 2 of these kexts and now it wakes up in normal way.

The SSDT-USB still needed to be installed or your USB won't work right.

Something is causing a kernel panic. What devices do you have connected? Any weird USB devices? How is your monitor connected?

Just a mouse and keyboard. For ssd, I have two m.2 drive one for MacOS and one for Windows.

Are either of your M.2 SSDs Samsung 970 EVO Plus or PM981? How is your monitor connected? HDMI? DisplayPort?

I used HDMI from motherboard. One is 970evo for Mac, the other one is a cheap addlink for windows

970 EVO is fine. 970 EVO Plus will cause panics.

If you can boot with that, use it for your install. When installation is done, copy my EFI folder to the EFI partition of your system drive.

You can also try removing the FakeSMC sensors kexts in my EFI. Leave FakeSMC itself. You can't boot without that.
I did that. I install with that efi and replace it with yours after installation is done. Same problem, can't boot in the installed macOS

Doesn't make sense... I used those EFIs when I was still on High Sierra... Did you install anything in to /Library/Extensions/ or /System/Library/Extensions/?

Ok, this is interesting. I used your efi but replaced your config with this config(attached) from the efi I downloaded from the link I provided before. It booted. So apparently the config is causing the kernel panic. I'm not advance enough to figure the difference between these two config and figure what setting is causing the problem. I wonder if you can help me investigate this. Although I can boot from this config combine with your efi, I can imagine someone else would have the same problem and I would like to contribute to this board too.
