Please note that TB3 on AORUS Extreme is on RP01.

Now the only thing left to do is to figure out the iGPU problem to make sure that I can take advantage of quick sync and to fix the wifi turn off / turn on functionality (very low priority, just don't want it to interfere with 10Gbe transfers accidentally and hey, literally everything else is done!)

The attached .ioreg is definitely from the iMacPro 1,1. I take it that if I use this symBIOS that I cannot use quick sync since it's based on xeon?

Hello again
I am although at the on Board Graphic Problem!
I Have
Intel i7-8700 (no K)
Gigabyte designare z390
Vega 64

I tried now different things!
From General Framebuffer Patching Guide using Hackintool the designare V1 did not work! V2 16 Jan 2019: This is the preferred version for Designare Z390. worked but a lot of breakdowns.
I tried a couple from this Thread. now I am missing appleintelframebuffer in Sytem/library Extension!
From Install Mojave I can Only find Capri and azul available
What am I doing wrong?

Thanks for the great help

You're not missing AppleIntelFramebuffer -- it is included in Mojave (made by Apple). Your IOReg screenshot confirms that AppleIntelFramebuffer is active.

What problem are you trying to fix?

If you have Vega 64, you should use that to drive your display monitors. It can support multiple monitors.

I think if you can test a larger power supply (around 650W) and return it if it makes no difference, then that's a good option.

But please note -- you are ultimately responsible for making any decisions. So if you spend money and it makes no difference, then the responsibility for that decision is yours!
I have 750W
I just would like everything Working!!!
And in the Phase I do not need the Vega just use intel!
With I think your last update it shows both graphics in System description! But just Black Screen
The otherone worked a little bit but broke down at games internet everwhere.

Hello!
I followed the guide and my machine works nearly flawlessly! Thanks a lot! (Using Firmware F5)

However, I am still having issues with the integrated Intel GPU.
The RX 580 is my main GPU and sits in SLOT 2. SLOT 1 is occupied by a PCIe Broadcom WIFI + Bluetooth module because it is the only card that fits under the massive Noctua DH-15 cooler. My main display is a DELL U2718Q 4K display, attached to the RX 580 via DisplayPort.

When I first did setup everything up with MacMini8,1 SMBIOS and enabled iGPU along all the other settings from the guide, viewing JPG-files worked flawlessly. However, sleep did not. It would only wake up once, or hang for an eternity.
In addition to that, the Designare often would emit 5 long beeps during POST, supposedly because it is unable to detect a primary display. After the series of beeps, it will boot into CLOVER and even the BIOS without any issues.

When I disable the iGPU or make it headless, the system boots and sleeps just fine. But the JPG view does not work.
I then attempted headless mode, as described in the Final Cut Pro X section of the guide and applied all the settings in my Clover config.plist.
The iGPU would not show in 'System Information', but I guess that is normal, right?
It would however be displayed in iStat Menus - as one bar indicating its memory use, without any other labels than "GPU" associated with it.

I have temporarily switched to iMacPro1,1 SMBIOS - and JPGs can be viewed without the iGPU now.

As of right now, I am not a Final Cut Pro X user - but I might be in the future. Hence I would be interested in getting the iGPU to work and also be able to use the MacMini8,1 system definition as I think it should work better since these systems have more in common. I assume enabling the iGPU makes a noticeable difference, otherwise people wouldn't be so concerned with enabling it.

Attached is my config.plist of my test system. Do you guys have any idea what I might have done incorrectly?

Any help would be appreciated.

Cheers,
schreiberstein
