yes i just updated them to the newest kext and no luck

What kexts are you using?

I had a similar issue with my 1050ti and I managed to solve this problem installing the web drivers using the Benjamin Dovell's script, you can download it above following the procedure:

The same issue here with slight lags. I also have a 1050ti but unfortunately this didn't work for me. It downgraded the driver but it worked even worse. The Nvidia preferences-app detected a newer version so I let it upgrade it again, rebooted, and I was back to slight lags.

Unfortunately this method doesn't work in my case, using gtx 1080, after tried this method, the OS boot with Nvidia Webdriver enabled, but when it show system information: "Display 3mb".
Asrock z370 extreme 4, i7 8700k.
Decided come back to Sierra 10.12.6 version and wait for newer version of High Sierra

I had the same issue with on my system (10.13.4). The script from Benjamin helped a bit but I noticed, the issue is only on one of my 2 4K monitors. Do you guys know what could be wrong with that? I also can't enable G-SYNC or ECC at the NVIDIA Driver Manager.
