If you are now running El Capitan the you should be using Clover. That boot.plist is from Chameleon or Chimera, neither of which support El Capitan at this time.

Then you should add nvda_drv=1 to your kernel flags to use the Nvidia web drivers. Don't use the system preferences or menu bar toggle to choose the driver.

Use iMac 14,2. iMac14,1 doesn't have a dedicated GPU.
