Won't Shutdown Completely (Fans and Lights On)

Fix Gigabyte won't Shutdown (Fans and Lights On)

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z77-D3SH
GPU: ASUS Radeon HD 7870
CPU: Intel Core i5-3750k
OS: Mavericks 10.9.1

Whenever I try to shutdown the OS turns off fine but fans and lights are still going. Doesn't shutdown I have left it alone for hours.

UPDATE:

Just went to BIOS and loaded default optimized (pressed F7) and everything was fixed

This can also be due to not having "Hibernate Mode - Desktop" option selected in multibeast. It worked for my GAH61m-DS2 board like a charm.
