When i should press f2 and f4 and why?

As per FAQ, F2 and F4 are to be pressed at the main Clover screen, prior to attempting to boot, and prior to collecting the verbose boot photo. Your 'why' question is also answered in the FAQ (for misc/preboot.log, and ACPI/origin/*).

Your copy of Clover is very, very old.
You should probably review the Y50 guide and update everything:

I'm followed a video guide of installation using your method, that make me it more friendly ,because video guide is more easy for me,instead letter line guide. And it's worked perfectly until now, i don't need update it... now i can't touch os x system, i use it for work. How i can boot it with clover, now?

Now i can't boot some OS. Also Windows don't start. The USB with win 10 install dont boot... Nothing!

You should create a USB as per guide and see if you can boot from that:
https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/guide-booting-the-os-x-installer-on-laptops-with-clover.148093/

After, you're able to boot, you can update everything according to the Y50 guide.
If you're not able to boot (maybe your system is corrupt), do a fresh install and restore files from backup.
