Will a USB to VGA cord work?

I'm planning on using the intel 2500k hd 3000, but my motherboard does not have a bult in VGA/DVI/HDMI so what are my options? Could I use a usb to VGA or DVI?

Someone gave me an advice for HD5450 which is really cheap, if you don't have huge video needs.
But others say its compatibility is "questionable"...
The GeForce 210 is even cheaper and was part of the Customac 2011 selection.

Then go for the GeForce if it was in the guide then it probably works on sl,lion and ml
