VRAM at 5mb in Intel HD Graphics 4600

Maybe with internet connection lan you can update bios? And see if the option is available
 
On the HP website it says about the VGA Configuration section:
Displayed only if there is an add-in video card in the system. Allows to specify which VGA controller will be the “boot” or primary VGA controller.
Is that what I need?

No, try clover boot menu go to options graphics injection and select inject Intel and ig 0x0a260006. don't worry if it doesn't work this is only for one boot it will reset back to your original settings on next boot.
 
What does ig stand for? Integrated Graphics?
 
When I used the configuration you suggested it started to boot up, but froze and left me with a blank screen before I got to the sign-in screen. I found that I can inject intel graphics if I use the ig configuration 0x01620005, but I’m still left with the VRAM problem.
