Video Card Question. Crossfire 7950s vs One GTX780

Hi im just wondering which is better for a dual boot Hackintosh running Mavericks that will be used for gaming and video editing (I use adobe CC). My computer is not a hackintosh yet but i will be getting a new HDD so I can make it into one. I currently have a 7950 in my computer and have a second one I have yet to open since I would need a more powerful power supply to crossfire them. I have been thinking about selling them and purchasing a GTX 780 with the money from selling the 7950s and with the money saved from not buying a power supply. In your experiences, which is the better option? Thank you in advance!
