Firstly, complete your hardware Profile. No one can tell what you are running. It's also a part of the Site Rules.

Secondly, I can't see an AMD R9 360 in the compatibility guide:

I have the opportunity to change it for one of these two:

nvidia gt 710
nvidia gtx 670

What do you recomend me for Mojave? Thank you

Of those two GPUs the GTX670 is the more powerful and should be compatible with Mojave:
