Alright, so I'm not an expert on any of this, but the Multibeast setup was giving me trouble so someone online (discord) helped me out and I thought I'd share the steps with you so anybody in the future can use it. Thank you a lot "UniForceMusic" from the 'CorpNewtonian Paradise' Discord channel!
Started out with this nice build:
First I updated the BIOS, and changed some BIOS settings. You can seen the changes I made in the following picture:
Then I installed Sierra using Unibeast following this site's installation guide.
Instead of using multibeast to install Clover and the drivers I followed these steps:
Download Clover installer from this link: https://sourceforge.net/projects/cloverefiboot/files/Installer/Clover_v2.3k_r3911.zip/download
[CLOVER]
Install clover with these settings (Found under customize):
---------------------------------------
Install Clover UEFI booting only
Install Clover to the ESP
Drivers64UEFI:
- OsxAptioFixDrv
- ParitionDxe
- EmuVariableUefi-64
Install RC Scripts on target volume
---------------------------------------
[CONFIG]
Next, download this config.plist
https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B5Txx3pb7pgcTlpsdDhPOE1JQ0U/view?usp=sharing
Once clover is installed there is a new partition visible called "EFI"
Open this partition and go to /EFI/Clover/
Rename the config_universal.plist you downloaded to config.plist
Drag it inside the /EFI/Clover/ folder and click "Replace"
[KEXTS]
Go to /EFI/Clover/Kexts/Other/ and place all the kexts you need in that folder
FakeSMC (Only use FakeSMC.kext from the folder):

Intel Ethernet:

USBInjectAll:

ALC1150 audio:

Next I installed the corresponding alternate graphics drivers from the Nvidia website. Sierra kept loading the OSX default drivers though, which I eventually fixed by adding the EmuVariableUefi-64 in the Clover installation setup (which I now added to the above step). If it still won't load you can try the following fixes:
- When booting up, go into the Clover options, graphics injector and then enable "nvidia web".
- Using the Clover Configurator I opened the config.plist from the EFI and under the tab 'system parameters' I enabled 'nvidia web'
- Save
- Restart
[AUDIO]
If you followed the earlier steps the ALC1150 audio kext should already be in the right place.
- Now again using the Clover Configurator open the config.plist from the EFI.
- Open config and go to the tab 'Devices'.
- Under audio there should be a dropdown menu with a number (layout id).
- Change that to the number '7'.
- Save.
- Restart.
[USB-ports]
The next problem was quite annoying, because only USB2.0 devices would work on the USB3.0 ports. I tried a lot of things to fix this and eventually got it working by again opening the config.plist from the EFI using Clover Configurator and then in the 'acpi' tab under the dropdown menu 'dsdt live patches' selecting 'ehcx to ehc0' and then saving. I hope this instantly fixes the problem, else you might want to experiment with some other fixes (like USB InjectALL option from Multibeast).
[Hibernate disable]
Last but not least, you'll want to disable all forms of hibernation, since this caused some random issues for me. You can disable it in MacOS, and additionally you can again mount the config.plist from the EFI using Clover Configurator and then under 'boot' change 'Darkwake=0'.
Alright, I hope this makes the life of someone out there a little bit easier.
