[SUCCESS] Gigabyte Designare Z390 (Thunderbolt 3) + i7-9700K + AMD RX 580

Hi ! I confirm that my Z490 with SMBIOS iMac 19.1 (iMac Retina 5K, 27-inch, 2019) on OpenCore 0.8.9 was successfully upgraded to macOS 13.3 (22E5219e) without any issues.

Interesting...

Are you using these settings?
  • SecureBootModel = Default (in Misc -> Security)
  • csr-active-config = 00000000 (in NVRAM section)

1 . SecureBootModel: Disabled
2. csr-active-config: E7030000
At long last, Monterey 12.6.4 incremental update got installed on the Z390 Designare.
  • SecureBootModel = Default
  • csr-active-config = 00000000
  • OpenCore 0.8.9
Here's what I did, but I cannot be certain that this cleared up the problem:
  • Logged out of Apple ID on all Hackintoshes
  • Logged into iCloud.com with a browser and deleted all the Hackintoshes from my account
  • Logged backed into the Hackintoshes one by one

And if we tried with only : j160 (for example) in misc-->SecureBootModel instead of "default" without changing the smbios (19,1), what would happen ?

Before signing out of Apple ID, I tried the Secure Boot Model for iMac20,2 but it didn’t work.

On the Z490 Vision D and Z390 Designare, Ventura 13.3 is still encountering a problem with installation (payload.014 mismatch).

So at this time only Monterey 12.6.4 has been successful.

With my configuration (specified above) the update of Monterey in 12.6.4 was also carried out without problem (idem Ventura 13.3 beta) on the z390 designare...

I will keep track of your posts on the Ventura 13.3 matter, before upgrading. I don't want to ruin my perfectly working hackintosh :)

@CaseySJ Could you please help with a Bootable Backup question?
I've followed the guide CCC Bootable Backup mini-guide, but in the end, my bootable APFS container only contains one volume. What did I do wrong?

Note: The only point where I deviated from the tutorial is the fact that I didn't use an EXTERNAL disk. I used an Internal one that used have Windows 10, but I did erase it as recommended in the tutorial.

Alas, there's an updated procedure here:

The steps you may have omitted are these:
  • Click the DESTINATION disk icon in the CCC main window
  • The following will appear; select Legacy Bootable Copy Assistant... as shown

  • Then the following will appear; select Allow CCC to erase '...'...

  • Now when the cloning process begins it should use the APFS Replicator to clone both the system and data volumes
