Ill run it for now but im going to buy a gpu do u have any budget recommendations ? Ive got a spare gtx 760 and a gtx 970 ... i read that i cannot use 970 but probably i can use 760? At least before i buy an AMD card

You can't use any Nvidia card since 10.14!
10.13.6 is as far as you can go on any Nvidia card.
My advice would be to find a used Gigabyte Radeon RX580 on eBay.
That will work great!
I can tweak your EFI once you get that.
Having said that, even sleep and wake should work on the IGPU EFI I just gave you.
Everything should be working with devices showing up in PCI, etc..

Just bought a 570 I’ll run with igpu until I get the new card....

I runned a geekbench 5 test and got these scores I think they are a bit low are they >?

GB5 is a totally different score system to GB4. It's like a quarter or less of what it used to be.
Try GB4.
6214 (Multi) is about right for an i7 8700k running internal IGPU on GB5.
Also, post a screen shot of, About This Mac / System Report / PCI so I can check everything's loading OK.

GB5 is a totally different score system to GB4. It's like a quarter or less of what it used to be.
Try GB4.

I only got ff open in tonymac's site nothing more .. is there any way to test if its working properly
