You may need to check DisableLinkedJettison in config.plist / Kernel / Quirks, if you wanna run Big Sur

Hi, I have a Z370 Aorus Gaming 5 + 9900k + RX5700XT with 10.15.6 and I would like to switch to Opencore, can I use your EFI file even if it's for a Gaming 7? Thank you and have a nice day.

Probably not because you may have hardware in different PCI slots and you may also be on a different bios to trecore.
If you upload your vanilla DSDT (F4 Clover), along with an IOReg, and also your Hackintool PCI devices.plist, I can make an OpenCore EFI for your system.

Thanks for your help, I'll have a look at it as soon as possible... Have a nice day

Make sure IGFX is set to Enabled in the bios.
Don't set it to Auto!
Try this OpenCore EFI set up for your system. (Attached)
At the moment I've set this up as iMacPro1,1 but you can also use iMac19,1.
