SSD extremely slow at listing Finder contents

I have the same problem on my system as well.
 
Anyone have any luck with this yet? I'm experiencing the same problem with my SSD. Running 10.9.1. 10.9.2 didn't play nice with my applications.
 
Hey, I stumbled into this thread looking for my answer to my finder problems, but none of them worked for me. I finally fixed it by myself so here is the information:

I had a brand new Mavericks hackintosh and was carefully observing every change I did or new app I installed to see if there was any problem.

As soon as I installed Avast Antivirus I started noticing very slow Finder to show me each folder content. Showing my Downloads folders(77 items) contents took like 20 seconds!

As soon as I uninstalled Avast Antivirus the problem dissapeared.

Of course I will try to investigate further and see if I can avoid this problem changing a setting in Avast, but wanted to first post my findings in case it helps anybody,
