Your kextcache output proves kexts are not installed correctly.
All kexts you need must be installed to the system volume.

Oh. Thank You very much Rehabman, I have tried injecting EDID via Clover and hurray, graphics are working. My memory is 1536MB now. No problem for now at least. Thank You very much for your continued support.
