That is the link for FakePCIID. Nothing to do with config.plist.

Read the guide carefully. It is in section "Choosing a config.plist".

yes, use the plist matching your hardware to replace your original config.plist for Clover
plus, FakePCIID.kext+FakePCIID_Intel_HD_Graphics.kext

Rehabman's instruction is very clear. Read that once more.
