Sleep/Wake issues Mac18,3 Mojave & Catalina

First let me just thank you again for all your help. The problem is not sleep it just won't wake from sleep.

What USB devices do you have connected?
What PCI-e cards do you have installed?

What methods have you tried to wake it? Have you tried pressing the power button?

If it's not waking correctly, "pmset -g log | grep -I failur" should show something. Without any hints, we can just guess what the problem is

I have my keyboard connected to the front usb
and wlan BCM94360CS2 connected to pci-e

Ive tried hitting the keyboard which lights up and using the mouse. The screen goes grey acts like it wants to then goes black and then no response.
I think its an LG issue actually. These screens have issues with mac minis

What resolution are you running at?

Have you tried to VNC/screenshare or SSH in to the system from another computer after you try to wake it?

It's possible that the system did wake and it's just the monitor that's not showing an image. That would explain why the Terminal command yields no results.

Yep the system is awake. I just moved hmdi cables to different ports and the screen came on. I don't think there is a work around. The computer is fine its the damn screen.

If you are running at 4K, try lowering the resolution or refresh rate. When I use HDMI, I can only get reliability when running 4K@30Hz. If I use 60Hz, I sometimes lose image. 50Hz is more reliable than 60Hz but still sometimes glitches out.

I have the same issue in Catalina 10.15.2 in my Mac Pro.
Code:
Sleep Wake failure in EFI

Failure code:: 0xffffffff 0x0000001f
