Did you completely re-partition your disk?
Did you remember EmuVariableUefi-64.efi?

I checked the EmuVariableUefi-64 on clover installer. I just made new partition on my disk and install macOS on that partition. So it is necessary to re-partition whole disk?

In some cases, macOS doesn't like certain Windows partitions...
Best to re-partition and install Windows later.
