I don't know what you mean with the Disk Jockey Keyboard.
Your screen shot shows a problem with the driver for it.

And how exactly can the Logitech driver cause problems? Maybe I'm just oblivious to it but it makes no sense to me.
If you don't need it why did you install it / don't you delete it ?

I entered root=0 because I remembered that in case of trouble I could enter something=0 and that would help, but I have confused root with dart, so that was a mistake on my part.
That explains that.

I need the driver to use all of the functions on the mouse so I don't really want to delete it.

If everything is working well now then that's ok but we only usually use the -no-zp boot flag for the installation of the operating system. It doesn't cure the problem but just masks it.
