Which OC configurator the Mackie one? What about Dortanias warning's not to use it?

I don't know about the warning. I've never had problems using it.

It's cosmetic. It doesn't matter. Are your drives still external?
 
All right putting : CtlnaAHCIPort.kext back in there corrected that...

HAven't tried : You can also try disabling SSDT-SBUS-MCHC.aml.

Should I do this before port mapping?

I wouldn't use that kext either. As I said, the "generic" thing is just cosmetic and doesn't affect compatibility or performance.

It doesn't matter. You can do it in either order.

Are your drives still showing as external?

Could it have anything to do with NVRAM?

P.S: I'm reading on port mapping right now to buy time lol
 
Yep so far.... reset the NVram From OC Menu (spacebar...) Current screen shot haven't tried removing : SSDT-SBUS-MCHC.am yet
