Forgive me if it has been asked, but is there support for the 290x with this update?

I must say this 10.9.3 update fixed some funny flickering I used to have anytime I started Maps app after a reboot.

before this, Maps needed a few relaunches before it could properly work, now it works fine without any special trick :clap:

100% success! Thanks everyone!!

Here's the step by step way to update:
:ch: Repair Permissions using the Disk Utility on the drive to be updated;*
:ch: Backup your current installation using Carbon Copy Cloner or SuperDuper;
:ch: Use the Software Update to download and install 10.9.3 (recommend using the Combo Update);
:ch: Re-boot;
:ch: Run MultiBeast for Mavericks and just select your audio driver to install and TRIM (if needed);
:ch: Re-boot; and
:ch: Repair Permissions again.*

If you have TRIM enabled, check to see if it was affected by this update.

* You can use the Terminal instead of Disk Utility if you feel comfortable with a UNIX command:
Code:
sudo diskutil repairPermissions /

Updated to 10.9.3 by following Stork's instructies and all seems OK!
z68x-ud3h-b3, Core i7 2600K, MSI Nvidia GTX 660, Crucial SSD

Trim was needed, I checked after update and system info said Trim NO and no sound, after applying ALC889 and Trim Enabler with multibeast all worked after a reboot.
