OS X 10.10.4 Update

Hi, how did you get the audio working? I tried installing with clover but no luck its been days now. the audio drive still doesn't show up. below is my spec .

MAXIMUS VII RANGER3.4 GHz Intel Core i7NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650 1023 MB

I'm running OSX Yosemite 10.10.4.

can someone please help me here?

i tried Trimforce on my other build H61N-USB3 Core i5 2500k HD3000 - ATI HD Radeon 5450 how ever when i enabled Trim my internal drives was being see as external so i did sudo trimforce disable however now i have no Trim

I upgraded straight from 10.10 to 10.10.4. I followed post #2 and I'm very happy I updated without troubles. My config: a Gigabyte GA-Z87-HD3 with an i5 4430 and a AMD HD6850. I had to install the Realtek ALC892 audio driver and the 10.10.3 TRIM patch (with MultiBeast).

Standard reapply Multibeast settings for audio!

The update was smooth. One thing which I noticed is that after the update to 10.10.4, ical sync with google calendar started working. This was not working in 10.10.3.

Wow, I'm glad, kind of surprised to see someone still running the X58A platform. My X58A i-950 Hack has been running strong since 2011. I'm on 10.9.5 so I guess it's time to look at upgrading to Yosemite.

I'm still running on an X58 system myself. Even though it's not my main go to system, it's has a lot of power in it:

* i7-980X * EVGA X58 FTW3 132-GT-E768-KR * Cosair Vengeance 16GB (3X4GB) DDR3 1600MHZ * EVGA GeForce GTX 480 SuperClocked 2GB * Western Digital 1 TB VelociRaptor WD1000DHTZ (Mac OS X 10.8.5/10.9.5/10.10.3)

Installed 10.10.4 on both my X58 and Z87 systems. Everything went smooth... However I'm still not sure why my Z87 system requires that the modded AppleGraphicsControl kext have to be installed in conjunction with NVIDIA Web drivers in order for my video to work... Didn't have this problem until 10.10.3
