No Sound - Realtek ALC AppleHDA [Guide]

Problem: On first patch of cloverAlc 1.0.4d audio was successful. Full volume, nice and loud. After messing with dual booting WIN 8.1 and setting up clover's boot menu I started having an issue, audio still works but is EXTREMELY low. Volume is turned all the way up and studio monitor's are on max volume and the sound is barley audible. If I stick my hear to the speaker I can hear what's playing. I've tried replacing AppleHDA in S/L/E with original, deleting AppleHDA from EFI/Clover/Kexts and reinstalling with the same issue without booting into Window's at all. I've tried Multibeast, Piker Alpha's method etc. with the same low volume result. Multibeast and cloverALC did work, but only for first boot. I've seen the post reference about Window's causing it but I haven't booted into window's for a couple reboots now.

During last 10 days I checked supposed solution for dual boot problem win-mac and Realtek audio. I can confirm that solution is uninstalling Realtek drivers from Windows. You must use the Windows audio drivers. Tested and work, in any situation switching systems.

Audio is configured properly.
realtekALC.kext is not an executable, it is working.

The audio source should not be the problem. I'm using iTunes mp3 playback + 10hrs of Youtube Nyan Cat playback. In addition to that I occasionally click through the sound effects in the settings just to be super sure the source is really not the issue here. I also noticed that the output devices seem to recognize motherboard and front inputs. The default output device name is "Internal speakers", when I plug in something at the front input it switches to "Headphones". That surprised me but I'm still not hearing/recording anything.

Is there something else I can try?

IOReg does shows Internal Speakers selected and no audio active, i.e., no iTunes.
