What port is the headphone connected to?

The green port on the back of motherboard. My board's back IO panel only has a green port for Audio out and a red port for microphone in. The red one works fine to microphone.

em... my computer case doesn't have front panel... Is there anything other I can do to fix the back IO problem? In Linux the back IO works fine. thanks...

Big problem. Only way to use motherboard green is AppleHDA.kext edit, experts only.

In Linux the back IO works fine

I did a real fresh install to get correct AppleHDA.kext back.( now using English as a primary system language )
Used your cloverALC method only.
No Sound problem remains.

I am verifying sound with iTunes as described in your method. tried black/green port.
new ioreg attached.

Just tried orange port (sub/centre) and line out output and audio is is working.
Any idea how to get other ports working.

I have an Asus z170 Sabertooth Mark S

Sierra 10.12 fresh install
Unibeast guide
Installed acl1150, 100, and voodoohda
The internal, two line outs, and the optical out are displayed in sound preferences.

What should I try and what other information do I need to provide?

I apologize for missing info. The last Hackintosh I built was in 2007.
