No HDMI audio after 10.9.2 update

yeah its the DSDT after the new reinstall I have just performed (again)
i apply the cmd patches after creation of that particular DSDT
restart, the system restarts with no issues but stil no sound
the errors i am getting is after I have performed the restart?

Just checked again,
no definitely not there
I dont have HDAEnabler1.kext or HDAEnabler2.kext in /System/Library/Extensions

What audio options did you pick when you installed Multibeast ?

I had not selected any cause I was under the understanding I was making my own DSDT with MaciASL?

Well your mobo has ALC892 audio, and since you are going with a DSDT, the option for ALC892 with DSDT.

There is an option in Multibeast for Drivers -> Audio -> Realtek ALCxxx -> With DSDT -> ALC892

You can re-run Multibeast and add the audio option.
