It does NOT look like the Bluetooth on your Fenvi card is recognized because if it was, Dev Speed would show something (12 Mbps) instead of Unknown.

Did you plug the Bluetooth power cable into the correct USB2 port on your mobo? HS09 does not sound right. Should be HS10/HS11 or above.

Now it works. The USB plug was not plugged Thank you

This is not really a guide. Look in Golden Builds for an Asus Z690 thread and study that. CaseySJ's is a good starting point to learn how to do this. Copying/pasting an EFI folder is not going to be helpful to learn how to hackintosh.
