Using ancient kexts from old OS X (from 10.10) on macOS is sketchy.
I really don't see how it can work.
Probably you have something else really going on.

Read FAQ, "Problem Reporting". Attach all requested files/output.

here is my ioreg file and my clover efi map the laptop is maybe old but works
it's a medion akoya p6630
but with a i5 processor instead of i3
intel graphics and NVidia GT 450M (still need to figure out how to activate the card)
8gb RAM and 750GB HDD
everything works except brightness and the activation of the GT 450M
as you can see in ioreg appleUSBXHCI works
i also tried patching appleUSBXHCI from clover but it didn't worked

Did you need to delete AppleUSBXHCIPCI.kext or AppleUSBXHCI.kext inside IOUSBHostFamily.kext?
Missing kextcache output.

Ah... so, effectively, you are deleting vanilla AppleUSBXHCI.kext.
That's what I was wondering.

Actually, I'm surprised it works.

But it actually means that stock AppleUSBXHCI.kext could be patched (with Clover) if someone was willing to put the time in to create the patches. Problem is the affected hardware is old, and therefore not popular amongst those that might be able to create the patches.
