Right! Thank you for the reply mate! Top one! My Thunderbolt is onboard, but I can't post with it turned on. What are the BIOS settings and that, I'm trying a Ventura installer fresh cause I feel like my DTST is causing it, not to pot because of BIOS changes. I'm not in the slightest interested in Thunderbolt for Windows.
Its for DAW work just like yourself.
Cheers mate.
Can you send the SSDT you're using for to enable Thunderbolt?GOT IT BOOTED, IT WAS BIOS UPDATE THAT WAS NEEDED, so the things im plugging in are working every time, so what do i need to do now map ports or something? or is that it? as i have antoher thunderbolt controller now but the port being live isnt showing in hackintool, cheers! That's how it should be for you. No need to send anything. You're all set! I mean, there will be nuances, but you'll learn them. That does not show up on mine the Thunderbolt/USB 4 window shows nothing for me. Also I need to update my signature parts as they are different now. I'll do it now, and, if you're still interested, after that, I'll send it over, saves wasting your time.
Hot plug is the ability to plugin or turn on a device, and it working. Otherwise you have to turn on device then reboot.NA! IT'S NOT SHOWING, BUT ITS READING AND WRITING AT 1800 MB'S. Why am I shouting?
I guess it works. A WD SN850X is on its way. ATM. I'll try that over TB when it comes. What's hot plug? Like on and off?
On a real Mac does this connect as a Thunderbolt device as opposed to the USB Bus of a Thunderbolt Controller?Yeh, that's how its working. But I can't see the bus speed as its higher than USB 3, I think at 1800MB's, but can't really figure out what is using speed wise,. It shows up as a PCI device in HackIntool.
So it looks like I'm on PCI express 3. Does this look correct?
