After updating my OC to 0.8.6 on my Z690 with i7-12700 I upgraded to Ventura, everything went fine.
Only issue I cannot find an answer to is sleep. It doesn't sleep, it just shuts off. I checked the sleep log and it looks like audio is causing it to not shut down (log attached).

Anyone have any suggestions on where to look?

This is a tough one for this board. I'll be home from tour in about a week or so and can work on it. The last time I had it "working" it would sleep and wake once, but the second time would be a reboot followed by a laggy OpenCore GUI.

Disabling fTPM2.0 helped along with enabling wake from USB in BIOS. There's also some kext solutions I believe.

The only other quirk I've found with the MB is the onboard red debug light illuminates after waking from sleep. I believe this is a known issue and not at all related to macOS.
Hi, have you had the red debug light fixed after waking? I'm not sure if it causes any harm to the computer and we can safely ignore it.
@NorthAmTransAm do you have any clue?

The hope was a firmware update would fix this issue. I am running the latest firmware but I cannot say as I currently have sleep disabled.

One issue I've encountered since day 1 is the inability to run software updates from System Settings. Updates simply never show up. I've worked around this issue by running a complete update fro the App Store. In my case, the solution was to change 'SecureBootModel' to 'j160 MacPro 7,1 (December 2019)'. Hope this helps anyone experiencing a similar issue.
