@jihefge , my i225-V works fine without this trick, with 1000 and 2500 speed.

In DeviceProperties - Add:

<key>PciRoot(0x0)/Pci(0x1c,0x0)/Pci(0x0,0x0)</key>
<dict>
<key>AAPL,slot-name</key>
<string>Internal@0,28,0/0,0</string>
<key>device-id</key>
<data>8xWGgA==</data>
<key>device_type</key>
<string>Ethernet controller</string>
<key>model</key>
<string>Intel Ethernet controller i225-V</string>
</dict>

@sonny362, sorry, it doesn't work here. I must force the duplex and speed too with your parameters.

Hello mates! Trying to boot my first hackintosh. Using this topic's the latest EFI. I've got to set "true" DisableSecurityPolicy, because I had an error "driver hfsplus.efi at 0 cannot be loaded - access denied!" but everything other are the same. Trying to Install Monterey from recovery (unfortunately I don't have 16Gb+ USB drive), but can't get my ethernet working. It's blinking, but can't reach ping to host. Trick with e1000=0 doesn't work. Managed to check path to I225-V from Windows - looks like same as in the device properties. Any tips what I should check please.

Solved with this command "ifconfig en0 media 1000baseT mediaopt full-duplex". After that ethernet is able to download the installer.

You have to disable Secure Boot in BIOS.

Hey friends and followers of this build. Sorry for the disappearance here, I left for a two month tour (music stuff) and caught covid the day I got home. I'm moving to a new house in a week as well but will hopefully be back to participating in all this fun stuff September!

What did I miss???

But now, always is stuck and close all my USB connections. The system is running, I know that because I watched a video. Just a hard restart fix it for a while.

Also make sure you duplicated your prior BIOS settings. If nothing else works including what @sonny362 suggested, you can try and use the flash BIOS function on the I/O shield. You may be able to downgrade the BIOS to your previous version. Asus told me that was possible, it could also work for MSI boards.
