The solution was to delete all graphics related kexts from S/L/E:
AppleIntelFramebuffer*
AppleIntelHD*
AppleIntelSNB*
NVDA*
Hopefully the solution will help somebody else.

Glad you fixed your issue, Please edit your post and put "UPDATE: It was fixed by...."
and list the fix. This is help with other users having this issue, as well keep the forum post clutter.
