Mavericks HDMI Audio Help Please!!

I have read through this thread several times in an attempt to figure out how to get hdmi audio to work on my set up.

Not only am I not able to get it to work, but I do not even know where to start. I can see that some people are saying they got it to work and am hoping someone can help me out.

I do not know what a dsdt is or what an ssdt. I am a newbie and any and all help is greatly appreciated. Possibly someone who can point me in the right direction.

My setup:
Gigbayte GA-Z87X-UD5H
Intel 4770k
Asus Geforce 660
Corsair 750w Power Supply
Corsair C70 case

Use 8 Series HDMI Audio (dsdt or ssdt) -Desktop
Apply MaciASL/Patch/8series/Desktop-HD5K/AMD/Nvidia-A1
Read [Guide]-Haswell-hdmi_audio_(dsdt_or_ssdt)_v1.2.pdf
