Mavericks freeze (without crash log?)

Hi,
I've been crawling around for days to find an answer to this problem:
My new mavericks config freezes at random times, preferably when waking from sleep.
It happens mostly after longer sleeps (an hour or so).
The screen stops, mouse and keyboard is unavailable at all, I need a hard reset, or when I press a key to wake the system, instead of waking it just restarts.

My setup is exactly as advised here, my config is :

Gigabyte Ga-h87-hd3
2x4 GB Kingston HyperX 1600 MHz RAM
Intel Core I5-4440
Graphics: Onboard (Intel HD 4600)
SSD: Kingston SSDNow V300

These freezes happen randomly, can't really find connection with any application, however
there was never a crash log, I could only take a look at system log, but I couldn't find any major issues there either, only CoreText performance note, and firefox invalid context, but this has happened when firefox wasn't even installed either.

These are my multibeast settings:
(As you can see, Ihaven't installed "Patched AppleIntelCPUPowerManagement" and "USB 3.0")

So please help me if you know of any solution!

EDIT!!!:

It froze again, and I found this log at the time, when the crash happened:

EDIT 2:

Conclusion
:

So it looks like that it's running quite stable now. No on-the-fly freezes have occured for about a month now.
I'm not sure about the "wake-freeze" issue however, it happened some weeks ago, but not since I've updated to 10.9.2.
It looks to me that installing the USB 3 kext had solved something, although it shouldn't even be needed, since the gigabyte h87 laptops support USB 3 natively.

Anyways it looks like to me that the machine just needed some running-in (even if it sound crazy).

I am also having the same thing happen. No link to any specific app and never a log in the console.

This is a well known issue in with Mavericks. Unfortunately no one really knows the cause for this..

Yea, I've read basically all the posts on the internet about this.
I'm wondering however wether it's happening to Mac users as well, or not.
So is this a Hackintosh problem, or a Mavericks problem?

Hi,

i have the same issue, very few and randomly freezes.

My Config is:
Gigabyte Z87X-OC
32GB-Kit Corsair DDR3-1600
Intel Core i7-4770K
Zotac GeForce GTX 760 4096MB
Samsung SSD 840 EVO Basic 120GB

Can you tell me how i can access the crash log after a freeze?

Part of the issue is that there is no crash log. However you can reach system log.
Type into spotlight "console" (without quotation marks), start the consol app, in the app on the left side select system.log and look for the moment when the freeze happened (after the freeze there is a boot sequence, so you can't miss it), and take a look at what has happened right before the crash.

Seems like some USB issues were involved (or at least were part of the thing).
When I was using my pendrive (USB 2), and put the machine into sleep mode, it couldn't wake, it restarted instantly, or froze just after typing in my password.
I havent installed USB 3.0 support before, because the system recognized USB 3 ports without a problem (it seemed like at least). After facing the above problem I did it, and it solved this issue (no instant restart after sleep, nor freeze with flash drive).
I don't want to say anything about the original problem, because it happens (happened?) pretty rarely, and at the moment hasn't passed enough time.

Update: Sometimes it just restarts after sleep (an hour or longer sleep), not even displaying login screen.
Does anyone know of a solution?
Is this a Mavericks problem, or is it related to not using an original Apple computer?
