MacOS Big Sur on Legacy system

Thanks for your advice, my keyboard and mouse work really well now, but there's still an hiccup in all this thing, when I try to install MacOS Big Sur, after I get to the usb installer and get past the first stage of the installation, I reboot on the hard drive, and Instead to have the apple logo with the progress bar and time, I have an MacOS installer windows with "Update" written in it and a progress bar, at this level everything is ok (Catalina was doing this when I've installed it) but instantly it reboots, I guess that's a Kernel Panic but even if I add the debug=0x100 bootflag it does nothing, it still reboot directly

UPDATE
So i've finally got MacOS Big Sur Installed, but last hiccup, the graphics car won't work, Like i Said I have an GT 730 which worked out of the box with macOS Catalina, but here nothing, after passing the verbose, instead of having the apple logo and the UI, i have a black screen and my monitor returning no signal, what can I do ?
How did you manage to go through the instant reboot, in the first installation phase? I am also stuck there for the same reason ...

I’ve installed MacOS big Sur on another pc, i’ve booted from an pc which already runs MacOS Big Sur and i’ve installed it, thats all what i could do

Thank you 1000 Times for your help, everything working now, thank you very much

you're welcome

Got mine updated and working :

ASUS P5QL PRO
XEON X5460
GTX770 2GB
Bluetooth CSR 4.0 (Cambridge Silicon Radio)
WIFI : TL-WN8121N (V4.2)
8 GB DDR2
ICH10 Chipset with USB2.0 only :)
LAN : AttansicL1e
Kingston SSD 240gb (low range)

See attached EFI if it can help someone.
Big Sur installation needs to be done on another hack (if updated from Catalina). I did not test a full installation from scratch.

A little bite late to thank you, TK2, for the EFI File.

So I have this, all my sata ports work just fine, and usb too, so it's may be something coming from your motherboard, do you have a precise kext that manage your internals drives ?

I am not sure to understand what you did. Can you please explain step by step ?

On legacy systems it seems very difficult to update from a working Catalina system, I needed to update mine with a UEFI system first.

Do you have a link of your computer specs ?
