Mac OS X 10.6.6 Update - The Official Thread

I've got a problem after updating my system.

everytime I boot, my bootloader submits the message
"Error parsing plist file
/Volumes/System/Library/CoreServices/SystemVersion.plist"

and
"Mach-O file has bad magic number"

then it jumps back to the selection menu

i don't know what to do; so please help!
 
I have updated and all good.

The only thing that I have seen is that, the disc does not stop reading. The indicator of reading of the disc indicates constant reading, never it stops reading the disc. What might be?
 
After updating to 10.6.6 the disc he continues reading indeterminately. Do not be for which I process it will be, since no application is opened.

But if I initiate in sure way, it does not happen. Will it be a kext?
 
Used software update to go from 10.6.5 to 10.6.6. No issues so far.

Still having this problem even after burning a new iBoot disc just to be safe. Anyone have any suggestions on what to do?
 
Combo update without hitches. Runs like before.

Updated with Softwre Update. Everything works on my hardware.
No need to reinstall HDA Multibeast for Realtek ALC892 or Chameleon for ATI.
 
Hello!
I create a entire backup of my disk, just in case...
Install update from Combo Update, re-add Aty_Init_vervet from multi beast and add again my device Id in ATI5000Controller (I use a ATI HD5750).

Evrything is just normal as evryday.
