Hi All,
I built a PC with two hard drives (one for Windows and one for Mac). Windows works great (predictably), but the Hackintosh part appears to have issues with Graphics and Audio.
The OS will not boot unless i use the flag "nv_disable=1" (and needed to use this to get through the installer as well). Additionally, the audio does not work. I have tried using MultiBeast and installed the graphics driver and the audio driver (whichever one my roommate suggested I try). When I get into the OS, the graphics are (obviously) slow and sluggish.
I'm not sure if there is anything I can do to improve this, but I was under the impression that all of my parts were compatible with Mac. Below are my specs.
Mobo: ASUS SABERTOOTH Z97 MARK1 ATX DDR3 2600 LGA 1150 Motherboards SABERTOOTH Z97 MARK1
CPU: Intel Core i5-4670K 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor
Graphics: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 970 G1 Gaming GDDR5 Pcie Video Graphics Card, 4GB
RAM: G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-1866 Memory
Storage: Crucial MX100 512GB 2.5" Solid State Drive
Any ideas or advice would be greatly appreciated! And if there's any information I left out that is needed to diagnose this, I can definitely provide that info. Thanks!
